For the Christmas festivities, the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris will be preparing an exceptional programme for both believers and non-believers. Until the month of February, this iconic monument of the capital will host a number of events which are both religious and musical..
On 24 and 25 December, there will be a host of celebrations. There will be many communions, including the great Midnight Mass, the Christmas vigil or the Dawn mass.
Music lovers will enjoy the wonderful musical events which have also been planned for the festivities, which will in notably bring together organists and choirs in the Cathedral.
Young children can gaze in wonderment at the manger, on show to the public until 2 February.
However the festivities will also continue after Christmas, including notable events such as Epiphany and the 45th World Peace Day.
